Chief's-Designz 14-Day Return Policy

At Chief's-Designz, we want you to love your purchase! Every item we create is made with passion, precision, and care. While all sales are final, we do accept returns for damaged items within 14 days of delivery. If something arrived broken or damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right!

How to Request a Return

If your item was damaged during shipping, simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return shipping label. Once we receive the product back and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Important Notes on Returns & Refunds

• Clothing Items (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.): We do not accept returns for incorrect size, color, or design choices. Please double-check your order before purchasing!

• Non-Clothing Items (Cutting Boards, Mugs, Tumblers, Posters, Wall Art, etc.): Returns are only accepted if the item is visibly damaged or broken.

• Refunds & Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll start the refund process. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
